Every single bitcoin-accepting VPN provider have their IP's in that database with the same email. Go check it out broskie! Somebody went on a spam-spree a while back.

You do know that in most countries people are almost forced to learn English? The TV is in English, they make us learn it in school, they give us English tests that we have to pass and if we fail we get in trouble, most people outside of the US speak some English at least bro.
