Nah, seems I did find 1 block valid one, but the other 10k I mined disappeared when I deleted all the peer files and such to fix it.

This coin is fucking terrible to mine. the diff swings all over the damn place from 0.003 to 20. when you get low enough you get a burst of blocks but sometimes if it goes too low it's all orphans. What manner of black sorcery is this coin? I'd only mine this when diff is below 1 and switch to another coin when above one.

I can not believe that are really people out there mining this crap. After the admin of GLX said, he won't support it anymore you all should better switch.

Guys, I no longer support this coin. I am too busy with other things and I can't commit time to continue support this coin. It is an open-source coin so anyone can support it.
Remember this is a non-premine coin, I mined it like all of you, and did supports as I could until it gto onto the exchange.
The checkpoint too old is not an issue, just ignore it, it will not have any problem to the client.
Then please update the source code at git repo with the latest version. Then someone will take care

I think everyone who has contacted me since 7:02am this morning GMT should give me something in return as there are a lot of you. So what can you do for me if i'm doing you a massive favour, potentially making you upto and over $100 a day. Message the email that is provided in the link, unserious suggestions may also be accepted, it depends on how much they make me laugh, if they do not amuse me you shall be fined.

Edit: nevermind, it is downloading again. I built the code from source, from github. But when downloading blocks I get an error that checkpoint is too old, and the downloading stops. Have 16 connected peers. Is this the right (current) source code? https://github.com/galaxycoin/galaxycoin$ ./galaxycoind getinfo

I used the original GitHub link with these nodes: addnode=107.203.9.69 addnode=139.228.150.13 addnode=113.162.172.225 addnode=72.133.203.38
It takes a while but it does sync eventually...

It looks like the wallet is syncing but I got folks on a pool and have been mining for a while but no blocks found.
Anyone else mining and actually found blocks?

I found a block, but I have no transaction in my wallet. Even though it popped up and said +64.00 Galaxy Coins and my wallet says 1 transaction it just will not show up in my wallet. Is there a way to fix this? https://i.imgur.com/4C4p2Bk.jpg

When it happens like this, then its an orphan. you can confirm by oing into debug console from help and type "listtransactions" I was successfuly mining for whole day, found around 30 blocks, the question is how to sell them... Cryptsy is having a problem generating address for glx, I am afraid we all may be on a fork. One stable damn fork

No working pools as of now. Anyone able to send glx to cryptsy? I imagine that if you had address generated in the past it should work normally. For some reason I cannot generate mine

For some reason I cannot generate mine I have generated adress on Cryptsy and sended 448 recently solo mined GLX there 3 days ago and it took 8 hours until they land in to my account. Then I sended another 512 GLX in three transactions 2 days ago and still nothing, even that transactions are confirmed with 1000+ confirmations
