You can change admin to your email so it can not revoked by any one. And warranty is of 3 month. Though i will also provide support after that.
If anything went wrong i will provide you new account or invite accordingly which you have taken.

I have received a vouch copy of the invite and it's working fine. I have installed few applications to test it out and all are working with the CC membership without any problem.
