in theory the technique you give and you explain it is good but if implemented it is very inefficient because bitcoin price in the future no one knows and if you sell house for trading capital it is very high risk I suggest do not do it.

I know the valuation of BTC is continuously inflating and this could greed anyone to invest into it but it doesn't mean that u can sell your house to invest into it, then where would that investor live  . What I mean is that one need not to invest his entire saving into the BTC because nothing is 100% trust worthy in this world, though BTC is the economic future of planet but one should not invest his entire money into it but my advice to all is invest into BTC according to your convenience but definitely invest into BTC.

since I don't know this kind of selling or I dont know yet about any properties and how does it'll be sell I wont go for this kind of technique I can lose everything that I have if I risk my properties for not sured transaction and if you have a lot of properties maybe you can do this but if you are an average persons like me dont try it. it is not joke your money your properties are the ones you are sacrificing.

Investing in bitcoin is good but this kind of invest can destroy you. Its true you can earn some benefit with invest but better to invest low instead of this much high. Don't take bitcoin too much serious what if the price fall down or during transaction a fork appeared  and destroy your money. Just be careful and also must have plan B if things not happen as expected.

Wow! I dont have a house that is named by me so i cant do this. Maybe i can invest small amount until it will become big investment. I know we need not to waste time but i dont have much to invest for now. Its tempting because bitcoin is very up each day. But i cant sell any properties coz i dont have one yet. I would not recommend this solution even though the bitcoin's price is still going so high. Bitcoin is a digital currency - an unreal currency - and your house is a real object, so that's the difference. Imagine after you buy that amount of bitcoin and the next day, boom! bitcoin disappears. Then what will you do, how do you live in street with no facilities ? You know bitcoin is just a another income for you and it's not stable, so stick to your real life more. So many risks with that thing you would do and just to let you know your life is not for gamble like that.

I would not sell my house under any circumstances. There are other ways to earn money with bitcoins, better think of other strategies than do make one madness, sorry, but to me this is crazy. If you want to make money with your home, you better rent it and invest the rent money monthly

I am not agreeing with this selling my house for investment in bitcoin. What ever it is, investment means what I have from my savings not selling my asset to make investment which is risky if you loose something or else get the value of the money which sold will not recoverable. And difficult to gain.
