Are there any?  BTC, LTC, ETH are the ones I might need.  Just to read addresses and send payments.

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

You have NBitcoin which is known and you could find tutorials about it (I believe it can also be used with Litecoin too) and for ETH there is NEthereum.
