I have 4 of those Antminers, the D3 submodel 19.3

3 of them are doing a great job, but one is giving me a big headache, the chip temp is almost 100 C° and from yesterday I am getting a strange info ->> it sais"Socket coonect failed",and I can not start it

Does anyone have the same problem?

If you don't believe it or don't get it, I don't have the time to try to convince you, sorry.

manual reset? You mean to plug off the power cable or something else?

if you have tried all, lets try this:

power off
only connect one hashboard at a time to check if it is one of the hashboard that cause the issue or not. you may be able to have luck to solve the issue.

Thnx! I will try this, but it sais that all the boards has to be connected, is it risky?

also, before this, last few days on my 3 D3's the chip temp is around 67/70 C°, the 4 miner was around 100 C°

maybe is really dead :-(

do You have experience with returning those miners to Bitmain?

If you don't believe it or don't get it, I don't have the time to try to convince you, sorry.

update:

from the support I got this ->>>

"Thanks for your consultation!

Please try to change the frequency 537 to 487. Kindly let me know if it works.

Please let us know if you have additional questions or concerns."

so, I put those freq numbers, the miner is going up to 50 C°, but runs only at 15 to 16 Ghs :-(

and the Vent is still louder about 30% more than the 3 others

do anyone have experince with sending antminers back to Bitmain? how long does it take to recive a replacent?

If you don't believe it or don't get it, I don't have the time to try to convince you, sorry.
