The hash rate for all p2pool's is 1TH/s, so you don't have that bad a chance of finding a block.

This pool is very new, and is doing quite well, despite being young!

It's the pools official thread, it doesn't have any ties to CoinChat ofc.

ASICs should be supported, just be careful with it and remove it if the pool crashes. Things are being changed ATM.

It sounds a lot like it's an official CoinChat pool =P
