Are they in Australia? on the site it seems that they are Asian and without offense, I think they are Chinese, since the Chinese are problematic... They create many problems in foreign countries

I have never heard of this exchange before, but after viewing their website, it seems that their support staff are mainly from China as the site have a variety amount of communication tools which are mainly used in China, it is a good thing to warn users about scam sites as this will prevent more users from getting scam by scammers.

Lol what? Them saying that there is network congestion does not cover the fact that they have marked the transaction as "success". Success means something has gone through, if there is network congestion then maybe they should at least have a PSA for their customers to know that their funds are safe and it's just a slight delay?

What's preventing them from sending the funds anyways? My exodus wallet says that ETH is experiencing no congestion anyways, it's only BTC network with the soaring price.

Ridiculous, with their broken English, i wouldn't trust them with anything.

The worst exchange i ever used. Is infested with bots, i think is 100% bots trading, there are several indicators even exchange has own bots, fees are huge and if you use telegram and ask something you get yelled at and if you get answer, is rude.

This exchange is really untrustable. Looks like a scam exchange. One New coin request to list there (I am talking for APR coin) And they asked 8Btc + 8 Btc amount of the APR coin (was around 25000 APR) after that the team of Topbtc froze the deposits And withdraws And ask from APR team 12000 more APR coins to solve this problem of deposits - withdrawals. The APR team denied to pay this amount And the Top Btc sell all APR coins And dump the Price of APR. Still they have paused the withdrawals And traders And People cant move the funds from there. This is the worst exchange ever.

I think the same thing, sometimes you put the lowest price, suddenly a lower order appears and is quickly filled, and if you put another, the same thing happens. I didn't enjoy the experience of using this exchange!
