I don't know why I have issues believing this to be true because for someone to have as much as this BTC and don't know how to cash out is something that sound fishy. That being said, if you don't want to cause yourself unnecessary stress, remove the notion that you will be cashing out at once because that is moving out millions of dollars, I am sure government anti laundering unit will be on your door the next morning. A way out is to do it gradually using several means exchange sites, individuals, peer to peer sites, conversion to gift cards etc.

To leave the proof things aside there are some exchange where you can sell bitcoin to your local currency which I think will better because no one will buy that large quantity of bitcoin on here.

500 BTC = 5.5 M$ I wonder how a person who owns this large amount does not know how to cash out it , Anyway, there are lot of exchanges where to convert BTC into cash , or (which I prefer) you look for Russian exchanges/people . Good luck

Oh my !!!!!!!! 500 BTC for real. This is a huge amount and I find it hard to believe. Now about the exchanging part....There are many wallets out there in which you can convert BTC to Fiat.Ask your friend to do some research on it. Yeah and do move this post to Currency Exchange-Child board for better answers.

These are not my bitcoins, they belong to my friend. He is a middle-aged adult who decided a long time ago to keep some of the money in bitcoins ... I am a member of the Independent Investors Club (Russian) and I have very modest deposits ...

I can not understand why two gentlemen can not meet at the bank and make a deal, one transfers the money, and the other transfers the bitcoins. If I do not understand something, please explain me.
