Chariteum - A "Proof of Stake" Ethereum Token!
After the ICO, the remaining coins will be used to fuel a proof-of-stake system whereby tokens will be added from the remaining coins to the current token holders on an hourly basis at the following rates, the rates are the total over the course of 28 days (roughly one month), so you can work out how much daily by dividing the periods percentage by 28:
First Period: 50%
Second Period: 65%
Third Period: 35%
Fourth Period: 20%
Fifth Period and onwards: 10%
So for example the Fifth period and onwards, the daily rate of token gain of a total of 100,000 XCH would be 10 / 28, which is 0.357%, or approximately 357 tokens per day. The interest is compound so your takings will be more than the non-compound calculation above.
The proof-of-stake system will continue to operate until the maximum supply of the coin is reached, then will stop and no more coins will be available to gain through holding.
