To all the frostbacks on this forum, have a happy Canada Day!

"The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent meetings and conferences. The apex of the systems was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world's central banks which were themselves private corporations. Each central bank...sought to dominate its government by its ability to control Treasury loans, to manipulate foreign exchanges, to influence the level of economic activity in the country, and to influence cooperative politicians by subsequent economic rewards in the business world."

- Carroll Quigley, CFR member, mentor to Bill Clinton, from 'Tragedy And Hope'

I've been to Canada serveral times now, and have really enjoyed each visit.  Toronto is a really cool city to go and visit, lots of cool things to see and do while you are there.  The Toronto zoo is really fantastic!

I spent the summer in and around vancouver, loved every moment of it. Canadians are great people an you should be proud of your country! beautiful and vast wilderness aswell, and the city does a great job of maintaining green spaces.

Oh Canada! With the things I heard and good news I learned about this country, I instantly fell in love and wanted to go there immediately. The country's benefits for the people, the salary, and just the mere thing that it's considered one of the best livable city in the world makes me want to live there as well. Hopefully in the future I get to visit and if God permits, live there as well.
