POW token anyone?

Hello!

my friend was telling me about POW tokens,  basically they are being given free to all users of facebook and twitter if you apply. i have read something about them but i want to know what do you think. have you even heard about POW tokens? could it be a scam or will it actually be worth something in the future?

Proof of Work =/= Tokens
Proof of Work =/= given free

PoW means mineable and not just given away like dirt.

Anyway, if you can get something for free, guess how much that's worth...

POW token hopes to get value through growing of user adoption, since according to Metcalfe's law this should create value by itself.
