The Best Place To Buy Bitcoin With USD CC

I'm having trouble finding the best place to buy bitcoin with USD via CC. I signed up with coinbase, but my bank wont allow any transactions with them. Then I tried Gemini but I'm having trouble linking my bank with them. So right now the only option that has been able to work for me is coinmama via CC, but it seems that their fees are so high that it basically defeats the purpose. I've done alot of searching around but most of what I find is outdated information or spam. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

On another note... My bank is a local little credit union type place. Can anybody suggest a national chain that is fine with bitcoin transactions? ie: Wells Fargo, Bank Of America, etc..
