Account banned and i believe its banned for spamming, Im sure Its right decision ut im just asking if this is permenant or there is any chance to get it back.

if there isnt a date / time included in the ban message at the top of the page along with the message notifying you of your ban, it is permanent. otherwise, the ban will last until the specified date / time.
