I don't think that's up to you to determine, and i don't think that it is possible to do yourself, you will need coinomi to add it for you, unless you ofcourse want to hardcode your altcoin into your client-sided coinomi wallet, which seems like a hassle, and will only effect you, not the rest of the userbase of coinomi.

If I add my own altcoin on my client side of Coinomi wallet does that mean
1 do I need a vps to run the node and change the source code in my client just follow the way of the other coin on Coinomi ?is that easy
2 any example
3 can I delete the other Coinomi coins logo and just use my altcoin so it become my own android wallet
