Hi, Can anyone make sense of kernel error?

One of my s9's has started playing up, one of the a hashboard has stopped working no red lights flash when its starting up, looking to get fixed?

Now im trying to start it up with 2 hashboards connected, for some reason it wont load up right/config its self, blank 'miner status' tab and nothing going on in the kernel log but what i have noticed is 'Fan lost' in it.

Both fans work as in not faulty because ive switched them around on the top board and they work.

Is it the controller board?
