I think you'll find the lowest someone is selling just now is more around 4.5btc people are trying to buy around 4.3... that is correct.
I am more just writing this for the future and getting all the details confirmed from friedcat bit of forward thinking never hurts

There is no "correct price" for direct shares, and the person has the right to ask whatever he wants for them. But since you mention it, the latest price on btct is 4.59btc, so is heading towards his ask price.
