I have a BIPS.ME wallet, it had 0.05 BTC in it I tried to transfer to my blockchain wallet.  For some reason, it didn't go through, I lost the 0.05 BTC, AND what the transaction said was "claim email" I can assure you, I checked all my email accounts...  Anyways, I would think it's a scam cause I found the transaction hash thingy, and apparently it was sent to another address... Do you guys think you can help?

The transaction ID is a good starting point. If the Blockchain is reporting it as being sent to another address then it's an issue with BIPS.

A good way to fix this quick, would be to simply create a ticket in our help desk. You can even do it from your dashboard. But luckily I am always on the forums, responding to scam accusations people decide to make before even contacting us ?

What you did was send bitcoin to an email address, via BIPS Send Bitcoin bookmarklet tool or our browser add-ons, https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/bips/aemglakmgnficnbchapdoppolmfbhnen?hl=en or https://bips.me/connect/firefox/BIPS.xpi ? Read more at https://bips.me/send/howto
to the email of "*******@yahoo.co.uk". Since this email address was not on BIPS, it created a redeem code and sent it to the email.

Upon further investigation, I can see that it was claimed by a user with that email, who created an account on BIPS via Facebook, and withdraw it to another Bitcoin address not on BIPS.

If you would please create a ticket in our help desk, I could provide more detailed information, as to the full email etc, or you could even export your transactions to Excel, PDF or HTML and have a full overview over the actions performed.

Funny you metion that.  Firstly, your certificate of support has expierd so I couldn't reach you via your site's support center.  So instead I took the liberty of send you an email, which now has "failed permanently."

So yes, I did try contacting you before.. Just noticing that your support certification was expired should have been a sign.

BIPS's payment system is broken. it's like that bitcoin24 exchange. fails at programming

EDIT:

My account was hacked...I did not write this...I have upgraded my password and am posting on as many threads as possible...watch your backs and consider a more secure password...standard shit no longer cuts it.

works on mine. check if your system date (clock) is screwed up. Also make sure you have updated Chrome to the latest version. There was a SSL bug reported a year back: http://www.slashgear.com/google-chrome-hit-by-ssl-bug-restricting-google-services-06221921/ which sounds similar to your error report.

Very strange, maybe a clear cache or similar would work?

Welcome Smiley Have a question: What would happen if someone pays partial amount? Will the transaction be processed? (Haven't tried this scenario yet) For example, I create an invoice of 5BTC and the end-user pays only part of the amount. Will the client server get an IPN for partial orders?

The Invoice would update showing the remaining that needs to be paid. Only after full payment will BIPS send IPN.

It might be because you do not have the newest trusted roots certificates, but than again I don't even know if you run windows.

I'll really like to see this fixed for you, and everyone else who might have this problem.
