Can you tell me about your favorite books end explain, why do you enjoy it ?)
I were in class 9 then, walking across the street of Gandhi Maidan found this book called–‘The secret’ by Rhonda Byrne at one of the street bookseller. When I first look at the book name– The Secret,I were completely perplexed as what secret this book could reveal. There were so many thing rushing in my mind and all I had was 70 rs left in my pocket. Original book price was about rs. 600. Being second hand book and that too in very bad condition I straightforwardly request him to give it at 70 rs,to which he bargained for sometime but finally give it to me.
After reaching my house walking in that scorching heat first of all I began reading that book. Things I get to know was inexplicable,I got motivated upto the level from where I started believing that I can get anything with this secret. All I had to do is to increase the degree of my belief for the thing I were aspiring.
Once one of my cousin visited my home and I out of curiosity started talking about that book. He asked me if you start believing that you will get married to Katrina Kaif, will it happen? I said definitely yes, but one would have to keep thinking about getting her for over 90% of the time a day. And keep imagining and acting in the way he will act after getting married. He laughed and left.
I used to be so happy and overexcited those days that I can't explain right here. I was overconfident about even if I won't work that much hard which is required I will get through in anything I will dream about. But consistently believing about any one thing for long time seems impossible.
I still don't know how much truth does this book hold. But I believe that if anyone keep one's focus for one particular goal and work accordingly s/he will get that for sure.
“Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life– think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscle, nerves every part of your body be full of that idea. And just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success.”
