blockchain wallet problem

i forgot the password of blockchain wallet,i got 100BTC in it.
but i have a wallet backup file (wallet.aes.json) in my email,is there any way to get my btc back?

Did you record the wallet recovery mnemonic or make a paper wallet?

Can you remember anything at all about your password?

Approximate length? Characters that you definitely used? Characters that you are certain you didn't use? General structure? Anything?
