I got two USB erupters the other day. One of them chugs along at 333.5 MH/s but the other only produces 321.5 MH/s. Is there anything I can do to fix the slower one? I know 10 MH/s isn't anything to lose sleep over, but if there is an easy fix that would be nice.

I've tried re-seating it a few times now with no improvement.

I don't have a fan on them yet. The fan is certainly something I am going to try, but I don't have much hope since the one device is consistently slower than the other and they are both in the same location.

I'm a bit surprised, but a fan seems to have done the trick.

Yep.  All it takes for these is a small fan and they perform great, and stay amazingly cool, considering how damn hot they get without one (ouch!).
