Anyone with some tip where to start fixing this card? Any forum, place in net where I can get this kind of info.
Can manage to operate multimeter and solder, but never did it with gpu.
Is there something like service manual for ati cards ?

Checked plate already for visible physical/thermal damage, unfortunatelly everything seems to be intact, all big capacitors are ok...
thx for any help

Information on how to fix video cards is almost non existent unfortunately. There are videos on how to bake your card in the oven to simulate a reflow oven, but other than that I have heard of people replacing voltage regulators. Alot of it seems like a shot in the dark for the most part.  AndrewK sometimes buys cards and fixed them, maybe he can help or at least buy it from you

But before you blame it on the card make sure its not the motherboard, or a bad power cable. I believe the staying at 100% is a failed self-test, not like that helps much

How long has it been mining?  And check with manufacture for warranty if it still has it DO NOT try to fix it look into RMA process.

checked on three other MB same effect...

on mining only 3 months when I took it from my neighbours desktops where it was used mainly for browsing or facebook activity Smiley,  and never more than 70 degree, keept in open tray.
Shame, as card is looking completely ok. It may be some voltage regulators related problem as I noticed that my 1250W supply haven't been stable last week.
anyway thx for response
