You need to create an account in blockchain.info. Once that is done, your login information must be kept safely, because once lost can never be recovered. You log in to your account and copy your receiving address and send same to the  site that want to pay you. After series of confirmation the coins should be in your blockchain .info account.

Fortunately in these times there are multiple options to withdraw your bitcoin, that depends on your service provider or your wallet. For example, in Xapo it is possible to withdraw your bitcoins through the debit card they provide, and there are other exchanges like Bitso (in my country) that deposit directly into your bank account or debit card the balance of your bitcoins converted to national currency.

Until now I do not know a direct service from bitcoin to Paypal, although maybe you could negotiate it with a private person in websites like localbitcoins.

How do we withdraw btc.can we use paypal?

Well if your btc's are in an exchange, you have to transfer it first to a wallet. I don't think there are many or if there's even an exchange that allows you to directly withdraw to fiat. Paypal is a common option for most btc wallets for withdrawals

If you earn tokens then transfer it to your bitcoin wallet and from from there you can convert it your local currency. You can withdraw it using bank transfer or you can use other options because it would be displayed in your account. There are lot of options but I personally use bank transfer for safety purposes.

How do we withdraw btc.can we use paypal?

No! You can't! There is no direct way to withdraw bitcoin like this is some sort of electronic money you have in your paypal. Bitcoins are completely different from electronic money and you cannot just withdraw it. It is like a foreign currency, you need to find someone willing to buy your foreign currency at the price you want. In this case, you need to find a local person that would buy your bitcoins from you, the payment method should also be arranged like bank transactions, cash in person, paypal credits (extremely dangerous and would likely result to a lot of scams). Just do your due diligence when selling.
