I'm not surprised the bitcoin price could go beyond $ 12000. In fact, I think the bitcoin price could be up to $ 50000 in the future. Currently, bitcoin investment is more promising than gold investment, why? Because of the limited nature of bitcoin in number will make the price higher each time.

Gold has been flat for seven years, same for Silver flat for eight years.

no one can stop. it is really jot surpising as it is going to continue to fly to the sky . people have speculated that it will reach to 20k usd. if it woll going to happen , people who invested in bitcoin will earn more than double from the money they invested. it is crazy but it's the reality ,bitcoin is amazing .

Well i'd say it's not really surprising to me that bitcoin reached that value. It just confirmed one of the many predictions of some people. As matter of fact, I wouldn't be surprise if it reached 15,000k by the end of this year. It's just a matter of time and it wont be long.

Same here, as people say it will reach like 15-20k. As long as people believe and trust in bitcoin it will continue to rise unstopable because of the high demand of people and thw supply is limited as people are holding their bitcoins as an investment . So Its not surprising for me.

Most of people prediction is going to be right. So this price surprising me too.

Even being a early innovator, I do not understand what is driving this sudden and dramatic rise in price.

I have the same feeling.
I actually justified the rise so far as $10,000 with all the adoption, all these stupid US futures markets,... but to break $12,000 and not even stop there is starting to look really weird to me too, and I am always a bull when it comes to bitcoin.

It was expected I suppose that BTC price will be up to 15-20k $ next year. Probably it will be 20k+ $. So don't waste time - buy BTC

bitcoin really surpass another milestone! 12K on early december this is insane i thought 13,000 usd per bitcoin will drop on the 1st quarter next year but looks like 15,000 usd will be a miletones before end of 2017 , hooray to those bitcoin holders!

That's right. People said Bitcoin was too expensive to buy while it was $1K.  One year from now, Bitcoin might be priced at $30K to $50K a piece. Glad I'm on this ship since $200 a bitcoin.

At some exchanges market, there are busy trader doing trading Bitcoins with some altcoins, this will pump Bitcoins price more.

I think I saw it on "Money", and I was really interested because at that moment the top three headlines seemed to be entirely about Bitcoin, that the entire marketcap of BTC could currently purchase 14 nuclear-powered SuperCarriers, ala USS Gerald R. Ford.

That just struck me as an awesome comparison, and something physical, though it is a value that is still hard to wrap my head around.
