Someone is currently working on a few class action lawsuits against Walmart and Apple for creating and using slave labors in third world countries. These class action lawsuits will indict these companies for violating international human rights laws.
The board of directors in those companies might face criminal prosecution.
Side note: Since this is a class action lawsuit, any victims can file it.
