So I'm a little confused - Are you a money changing service, or are you a market that facilitates but is not party to the deals more along the lines of tradehill?

I'm interested with Xoom transfers. However, I see that whenever I'll be using your service, I'm estimating like a more or less 18% fee for everything. For example, 35 BTC, your rate is @14.5 as I've seen, there is a separate Transfer commission and WM commission.
35*14.5 = 507.5 > -32$ - 30$ = 445.5 $ Received Total 507.5 - 445.5 = 62$ 62/507.5 = 12.2167 % COST of transferring money
Current exchange rate is @ 15.5. So instead of getting 542$ I get 507$ with your service. I see something like close to 17.80% commission on your part. Don't you think it's a little rip off by having 3x commission on your part?
I know there are costs in running your business however, how are we encouraged to use the service if it's quite expensive? Just a thought.

Sorry but when we have too much bitcoins, we lower buying rates Then sell them at the exchange for 4 and make a profit like the other 3rd party exchanges.

I used them a couple weeks ago to exchange some old pecunix I had and everything went fast and easy. About 25 minutes after I started transaction the bits showed up in the block chain I went to bed and when I woke up the next morning the bits were in my wallet. I would not hesitate to use again.

I tried to buy some bit coins from Latin America. The payment will be thru MoneyGram. Here. they charge me 4% to send 100 usd. Now the calculations. I want to buy 20 bit coins. Price today is 4.9 usd. That's 98 usd. Let's see how much VM charges... Going to their website I see the bitcoin price at 5. That means I have to pay 100 usd for the bit coins. Now the commission; 30 usd! - They charge you 30% commission! - They charge you 3% for spread! - In my case, I still had to pay 4% MoneyGram commission! OUTRAGEOUS! 38% to buy bit coins using VM.

Get-bitcoin.com charges 5% to buy bitcoin (and you can place a limit order) and 3% to withdraw bitcoins. They accept WU but apparently not MG.
Charging 30% is outrageous. To charge this price it is better to not offer the service at all. I just want to buy a few bitcoins and test it before I use it more often. I don't want to pay almost 40% charges for my first purchase or having to put a thousand dollars in an exchange I don't trust.
