so ive just finished school and my job starts in the summer... i have some free time right now and would be interested in managing a campaign, ive always been good at organizing and responding to people who need help.... i think id like to try my hand at doing 1 bounty campaign for a trial and see how i like it .... been around here for a bit now and have no thought of leaving anytime soon, love the forum and have coins invested for the long term so i like being around here Smiley

ive inboxed some bounty managers ive been a part of campaigns with that ive worked for social media bounties, but i never really got any answers so im hoping making a thread can help give me some info? Just wondering how i would go about becoming a campaign bounty manager ?? how much is typical pay im assuming it would be weekly during the entire bounty or a one price deal for the entire bounty which most bounties are 8-12 weeks that ive been a part of personally ( done around 30 bounties since being here )  and basically just any info at all for being a bounty campaign manager, not looking to steal any previous or well known guys jobs... just want to get my beak wet and possibly look  into this as a part time gig , since i have a ton of time right now and think id be very positive for a campaign

cheers to anybody who can give some info, details or help... if you dont feel comfortable sharing here even send me a DM id appreciate any help Smiley
thanks to all regardless , happy holidays

Perhaps you can help out at a company that manages bounties.  That way you can get first hand experience and learn inside strategies.  A bounty campaign would be difficult to run alone, you would likely need a team working with you.  Good luck!

Just the position itself means a big responsibility so before getting yourself to become a bounty manager you need to be ready in all aspects. I am not sure how those reputable campaign managers started here in the forum but probably they've gained a lot of trust from many and knows the ins and out of the blockchain to be able to become a campaign manager.

Unlike others in this thread tell you, being a bounty manager really isn't that horrible. Sure, it takes a lot of works with larger bounty programs, but you often get great rewards and it isn't really hard to do the job.

The only problem is reputation... Sadly, there have been many scam attempts, there are many scam attempts and there will always be many scam attempts. Why would people trust you?
So you must build some trust, then start a thread, showcasing your services. I'd offer my first bounty campaign for free/low price, if I were you. That'd make it attractive and immediately make you much more reputable in people's eyes.

I'm not a bounty campaign manager, simply because I am too busy in real life and don't want to disappoint bounty participants and the Project developers/associates with long delays, errors because I tried to do it too quick, etc... Otherwise, I also wouldn't mind managing a campaign.

Do not be rash,
This should be through long preparation, some connections from experienced people in the field of the project is needed. And also you have to build a solid team first. Mostly, project funders need managers for all parts of the project to be built.

And remember! formal education is not enough without learning directly to experienced people. The state of the field is not always the same every time

It is indeed a big responsibility since you are handling lots of people and it wont really be an easy job.Even others are rushing up to become a manager but yet you would really need to build up trust and reputation to be recognize as a good manager. Btc campaign or Bounty campaign handling wont really be an easy thing, those managers start from scratch but they do able to build up trust since they have done their job well.

Well, in this profession the most important things are: 1) experience and portfolio 2) language abilities 3) community-making abilities 4) technical knowledge... Also you need to be a known person on this forum at least I think.

If you have no experience in this sphere, it could be helpful to find an outsourcing marketing team that provide services for ICOs - they usually have not only marketers, community managers and so on but a bounty manager as well. And as the market is growing fast, they are always looking for new team members - you could get practice and work with different projects:)

You are going up against some stiff competition. Some of the campaign managers have been doing this for years and they are

very good at their job. Looking from the outside, it might look like a lot of fun, but I can tell you.. it is hard work. I managed

some signature campaigns on another forum that was closed down and it took up a LOT of my time. A lot of the hard work

happens behind the scenes, when you have to deal with all the PMs and the liaison with the companies. Good luck, it is not a

summer job.  Roll Eyes

First, look around for available bounty campaigns. If you find a suitable one just follow the steps and make sure you fulfil all the requirements. I first thought they are scams but it seems that the right ones pay correctly.

I think you are very new in forum. You have to gather knowledge about forum rules and regulations first. The more you are experienced, the more you will be a good manager. If you not experienced, how you will identify others fault?? Finally if you want to a manager you connect the authority that who will make you authorization as a manager to manage a bounty.

It's not so hard as you think. Just need some imagination and skills . You should be very organized ( it helps you with hunters). Just find a video on youtube about BC . My first problem in bounty was with translation table Grin
