You can definitely mine using your PC or Rig however you must have the necessary hardware for it. First of all you would need a capable PSU and a good motherboard the CPU, RAM and storage will not affect your mining and the most important hardware would be you GPU. I would suggest that you start mining with two GPUs only getting at least two GTX 1060 6gb or a RX 580/570 8gb(if you would get it for a good price) would be a good start up then as you get your profit or you get a hang of it then add more GPUs. For mobile mining don't bet on it as it is not capable if handling any altcoin mining.

Mining from PC is definitely easy and you should do a simple google search to find out how. There is a ton of resources available to teach you how to get started mining. I suggest you look for "CPU mining monero how to." For mobile mining, it is not recommended at all, you will overheat your mobile device and instead of earning it will cost you.

Yes you can
but depend on your specification
Mining via Mobile is not recomended, not profitable
Mining via CPU is not profitable too i think, to mining via PC, you must have a good performance GPU  Grin

As far as I am concerned there is only one coin that offers mining experience from phone, without overwhelming your mobile processor - Electroneum, their app should be ready in some days. Follow them on FB or twiter for more news

You can also visit cryptocompare.com to see your estimated income with your setup so you can plan your investment... Useful website/calculator. I wanted to start mining with pc but it isnt very good pc so I decided to buy a miner instead. We will see how it goes.

Just like everyone is saying mining on PC is possible but a bit expensive as you need to buy the required GPU's in mining. You should also consider the cost of electricity in running those rigs 24/7. Mining on mobile is possible too but not recommended as you'll end up buying another mobile phone eventually. Also, the profit on mobile mining is really not worth it. I've tried mobile mining and I ended up with a broken phone after a couple of days because the lifespan of the battery has probably been consumed to its limit.
