Paypal is a poor payment method for buying bitcoins. Because of the ability to reverse the charges, it is a popular method of payment by scammers.

Trade physical bitcoins: Economy > Marketplace > Goods > Collectibles

If you going to use PayPal, do with extreme caution all of the Bitcoin scammers are using PayPal currently, never sell or buy Bitcoins with PayPal if you ask me, because there is a chargeback on PayPal, you can get banned from PayPal, all of your money have a chance to vanish.

Best bet would be to buy lindens and then trade for bitcoins

You would have to submit verification informationthough
