Upload Speed:
375 Kbps (46.9 KB/sec)

I'm living in Turkey and have 10mb connection so;



And if we pass 50 GB of download or upload, the download speed gets limited to 300 kb/s.

Current speed is enough for me, you can try other internet service providers for high-quality internet.

What you think about this speed?
Is this good or bad?

I wouldn't call your speed very bad to be honest, as my download speed is a lot worse

That's a lit bit weird but ScanMySpeed.com  and SpeedTest.net show different results.

With a limited amount of download credit, but the QOS of my ISP is really good.
