If that is the true calculation then I think its worth investing into this coin. This day everything looks positive but somehow I'm not sure about only one coin specifically and one can not ever trust single crypto in this crypto land! ;-)
So its better to get into profile investment where we choose more than five coins at least and thus this way we can create multiple entry point and multiple odds of winning the game.

Monero is good coin but what to say about the alt coins, there are so many and can't just make the right decision so better to invest in multiple coins.

I have a spare POS laptop with a pentium processor. Thinking about cleaning it up and dedicating it to mining monero. Would it be worth it to get started, or should I invest in some better hardware?

I think mining with laptop is not worth doing it because the has rate you will get is very very less. Its juts not simple to mine with it and earn huge profits. You might end up with more electricity bills than the earnings.

When do you think the price of monero will touch back to $160.. The price was increased too high after 7 days almost 22% increased..
And i think there are lots of miners right now are going to mine monero and its more profitable..
But i don't think that the price of monero could continue to increase before end of this year..

They are trade in oscillation, waves. It goes up, down, up. OP is suggesting the down correction/consolidation around $160, then the next spike should hit $480ish, supposedly.
