Issue transaction from Bittrex to OK Exchange

Hello,

First of all sorry if it's not the correct forum, I see this is the technical support but I'm not sure if it's only for Bitcoins or also for altcoins, like my situation. So sorry in advance.

The point is, I do a transaction from Bittrex to OKEX of MCO (Monaco). On bittrex, the withdrawal seems okey, indeed it's says "completed", but I didn't receive any deposit on OKEX, and any deposit incoming neither =(.

It was like 2h ago. I would be delighted if someone can help me solve this problem, either by completing the operation to OKEX, or at least recovering my MCO in bittrex.

I'm not sure if I must put txld, adress, or sth else here, let me know if it's the case.
