I upgraded the drivers for my two Sapphire 7850's 2GB yesterday and with the same exact clocks am receiving 40 less Mhash/s in GUI miner.

Does anyone have a clue as to why this is?

The clocks set in Sapphire TRIXX are the same as before, 1170 GPU / 1300 Memory / 1.220 voltage

Was receiving 350 Mhash before now I max out at 310 Mhash.

The cards are already pushing mid 80's C. with these clocks.

I doubt GUI miner is the reason I'm seeing less Mhash

You are probably correct.  However, you should see an improvement with CGMiner... most people do!

I don't know about the drivers, though.  I use older cards, and they seem to only like Catalyst 13.1 so I won't be updating my drivers

It's after the fact, but if your setup is running fine don't change it. Updating drivers is not a good idea if your hashing where you should be. Also backup your old drivers if your gonna try an update. Hope you solve it. I suggest you mine LTC.
