Need some spare btc for a new PC

After trying to sign a message with blockchain.info wallet, came to conclusion that they've disabled that feature there, since I've wanted to change the btc address because msn has locked me out of my account on my pc but I'm still logged in on my phone, and if I lose that access as well I'm screwed...
So, I wanted to change the address before that happens. Talked to the manager of the signature campaign and he told me to post a signed message in the campaign thread  for the address to be changed, and that I can't do (coinbase disabled the message signing as well) so I went back to blockchain.info and my current address  '1DT2ttQ7kxBiPZngRyXcwodKjZ8Q6oxCgG' is archived on blockchain but I'll still receive btc if they were send to that address, as much as I know.

Is there any 'alternative' to message signing because I'd have to change the wallet entirely because that feature is disabled on, apparently, all web wallets. So I'm looking for some other wallets, can't install xapo because I have lumia and can't scan the QR code with a mobile phone because my back camera is scratched and blurry and can't install Exodus wallet because I have 32-bit win.

Need some spare btc for a new PC that can at least run Adobe Dreamweaver.

First you have to unarchive it. There should be a button for that there.

To clarify is address "1DT2ttQ7kxBiPZngRyXcwodKjZ8Q6oxCgG" an imported address or a part of your HD wallet in blockchain.info?

If its part of your HD wallet in blockchain.info you can use your seed for the following:

I've successfully run an electrum wallet in the same system (Win7 - 32bit) before but I can't remember which version is it. I suggest running a standalone executable first and try the previous versions if it doesn't work. Import your wallet using your backup phrase in electrum. Just be sure to tick the BIP 39 Box in Options when electrum prompts you to enter your seed. After that you can sign a message.

You can also use mycelium which is a android/ios wallet or any wallet that supports importing. Here's a tutorial for that: http://bl4nkcode.info/bitcoin/how_to_export_blockchain_wallet_private_key

If its an imported address, After you unarchive it you'll find your address in the Imported Addresses tab. Click the More Options --> Private Key.
And you can now import it to electrum (desktop), mycelium (Android), coinomi (Android) etc.

I'll change the wallet after this week of signature campaign ends anyhow and probably won't be keeping this one but now it's important just because of this signature campaign. I've unarchived it and it's in the imported addresses and where the amount of btc should be there's a buffer.

I think you can request to blockchain support to get the private keys of your old bitcoin address where your bitcoin save or receive..
And i think importing the private key in electrum is the only way that i think you can sign message.
Follow this tutorial but just follow only how to export the private key not importing to electron cash..
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2063572.0

I hope this time you can get the private key and import it in electrum wallet download the electrum 2.9.3 but if you are running windows 10 OS you can install the latest electrum wallet which is electrum 3.0 version above http://download.electrum.org/

Thanks, I'll open a ticket to see what can be done. I've managed to find the other imported address to replace this current one until I figure out what to do.Nope, win 7 32-bit but will try some earlier versions if available.
