It might happen because of the clog in the network in recent days. I also have my transactions pending.
We'll have to wait a little bit more.
The clog on the network has been reported to have come from the CryptoKitties game and there are more other pending transactions which can be seen here

I have purchase etherum to buy a ICO but ICO website was not accepting eth from a exchange. so as per its recommendation I moved my ethereum coins to MyEtherWallet and now I am trying send it from there transaction is in pending state for last 5 hours.
I am getting really afraid for losing my money. can anybody help?
if it is still pending, feel free to start new transaction
most probably it is reserved from your balance only fee of your ongoing transaction
use gas limit 21000 and gas 21 gwey
I would suggest setting a higher fee to avoid been caught up in this clog, atleast above 40 gwei
