Transferred MANA from HitBTC lost - RESOLVED

I transferred MANA from HitbTC to Binance.
The problem is HitbTC has provided me Tx ID but I can not locate it on blockchain.

Also transaction is pending since 2 hours approx. I don't know what to do. Had $550 in transaction. :/ I know about ETH current network clog but still why would a transaction dont even show up after 2 hours?

It's been f**king 12 hours hitbtc hasn't even replied on support, transaction hasn't been processed are my coins stuck forever?
