Recovery my Hacked account

Hi everybody,

i'm italian sorry for my bad english, today i discover that my old account Pindol ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=119983) was hacked the 29th of November, i have locked it.

How can i recover my old account? I've read this instructions https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0, but i don't have a bitcoin address connected with my old account, how can i prove it was mine?
