bitstarti is not a coin. This is one of the wallet I think someone is cheating to you. If anyone offering the coin. You should check in coinmarketcap this is useful for any cryptocurrency. Bitstar is a coin not bitstarti. So first check your coin is a bitstar or bitstarti.
