Hello, is my fee to low ? https://blockchain.info/tx/60a146d9b3b180ccdf2522611dc138a27454b5208a40bc1eaef249f7c904b764 been waiting for quite some time now to convert a few Bits to some altcoins.....

The time when 5 usd is too low to send 350 usd hopefully never happens (unless that 350 usd is made out of many many small transactions, increasing its size significantly).

I think you just have to accept that it can take a few hours at this point. Looks like it got through already though.

No, it's not. 0.0003 BTC for transaction fee is enough but the mining difficulty of Bitcoin is rising very quickly so I think it's the main reason why Bitcoin transaction will take longer time to be complete. Don't worry about it, just wait a little bit more or you can try to use some accelerate service, it's totally free.

Fees are so high you gotta watch out mate. Your transaction can be stuck for a while...

It's already confirmed 0.00037056 BTC fee is already enough, sometimes when i send transactions, my transaction fee is 0.0000x BTC or most commonly 0.00000x BTC , I always use different Transaction Broadcasters and Confirm Tx and AntPools Transaction Accelerator,) Check Zepher's Thread = https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2510862),  which helps a lot though some of my transaction take almost 3 hours before the confirmation because of the low fee.
