It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

I will be for this project. Especially if these coins come to my wallet. As it was with Bitcoin cash. I think it would be a strong move.

Are there already guides available for claiming SBTC? And are there any ongoing negotiations with Trezor. A support for SBTC would be nice, because otherwise I would have to throw my Trezor hardware wallet into garbage after exporting private key via Electrum.

It was available on many exchanges I think, I got mine from OKex & Gate.io, went smoothly.

But i'm still investigating why I did not receive any from Bitfinex, since they list Bitfinex as a supporting exchange:

this is their support exchanges list from their Tweet: (it shows Bitfinex Sad )
https://twitter.com/SuperBTC2/status/940434777760583686

I hit them up on facebook and they asked me to join telegram, rather than answering my question directly Sad
