There are alot to choose from.
You could just go to the gambling section and see many of them listed there.
The first one I know of is bitsler.

They use atleast 4 alt coins other than bitcoin last time I checked.

I am waiting for the one that I use to start accepting something other than bitcoin because I rather not use bitcoin now that it has risen so much in the past couple of months to what it is at now.

But I would not know what are the best casinos and which the most trustworthy ones are. As I said, I am a novice. Does a Decred holder like me have a site where I can gamble?

However it makes you think. Why don't any of these sites ever accept USDT tether?

Basically with BTC at $17000 and $10000 last week, it would make sense to accept USDT so its pegged at least to the dollar.

Because what will happen when BTC starts going back down, and alts are going back up? Also the transaction fees are crazy high at the moment for BTC. Pretty much $20 to send a single 1 input 2 output transaction.

Thanks. I will look into them later. But I believe only Luckygames.io would be willing accept Decred in the near term. The rest might start dropping some altcoins like NMC or RDD because they are "outdated".

Yea, time on the market is a good way to gauge a site's stability, and also if its legit and reliable. The two you mentioned are very good and i second your comment. I'd also point out to jetwin, the one i'm taking part on a signature campaign. They seem to be starting going in the right path, definitely worth checking it out.

there are much actually that accept altcoins as all the people above suggested , it's easy to gamble your alts especially when you are not looking for a specific game cause of course the choices are way wider with bitcoin than other alts

but AFAIK there is no site that takes alts for sportsbetting , Betcoin accepts some alts but they do exchange it when you deposit to btc so after you deposit you have to gamble btc not alts

so there are some games for alts , but still not all types of gambling are available with alts
