I'm new to the bitcointalk forum. A lot of what I wanted to ask, but on this occasion I wanted to ask. Are there any rules for posting in one day ... ?? because I once had a bitcointalk account but in the block. Is it because I post too often or commented or because there is my other mistake ... ??

The block chain is the main innovation of Bitcoin. It is the first distributed timestamping system.

Hmm, interesting. Saying you are new to bitcointalk but sentence after saying you had an account already..?  nvm

No limits to number of posts. Just do not make garbage posts and offtopics. ( think I've read we should not post too much in off topic section ... not sure about this).
Just for the record, if you are hunting activity there is no need to make more than 1 post daily (your activity won't rise any faster if you make more posts)

Technically there is a limit, because of the minimum time between posts, but it is very high (hundreds of messages per day, AFAIR), and it's an automatic limitation, it doesn't lead to a ban. I'm almost sure  that your previous ban was caused by spam and/or low quality posts (like "I joined!" and so on).

Looking at your post history it might already be too late for that, but, i'm not the one to argue/decide about that.

Anyway, was the block you got on your other account permanent? If so, you shouldn't make another account to try and circumvent that, as that is also against the rules.

Permanent means permanent, you're not allowed to come back.

The purpose of a site like this is to share information. Stackexchange allows people to mod up questions and answers in order to discourage irrelevant posts and to push up better responses. For this site to work well it cannot be simply a bunch of people spamming "look at this coin - it's the next great thing" or, almost as bad, have people give silly answers simply to make money via signature campaigns.
