People and many analytics forecast that the price of Bitcoin will reach over $40 000 per coin. Not sure if its true, but quite convincing.

Each of us have own perception on the possible amount of bitcoin in the future. Well, hopefully it will reach that amount since many users aiming to have a great amount of profit. Also, people still wonder if it will reach that value because as of this very moment it's value is so dump and many users are panic that may cause to sell their shares.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

If discussing the rules automatically needs to be done by the government because to provide comfort for someone if you want to invest bitcoin in the future. For exchange rates I have a strong belief that bitcoin will continue to experience rapid growth with the emergence of many enthusiasts every time.

if you look at the year 2018 the price of cryptocurrency has decreased the price is fantastic, so many are starting to predict the fate of crypto, can not be better than last year or even destroyed.

i think that the high popularity of cryptocurrency, government intervention and regulation will lead to the fact that 2018 will be a turning point for crypto world. I hope that crypto by the summer will start to rise in price.

Crypto in 2018 will grow and this year more cryptos are coming up. People and many analytics forecast that the price of Bitcoin will reach over $40 000 per coin. I think government will regulate the crypto and we will see some falling on the market, and then it will grow again.

Given the year that 2017 has been, what are your predictions for 2018 for cryptos? will Bitcoin continue to rise? I think governments will be involved more in cryptos in 2018, more regulation maybe?

We are talking today about decentralized economics with BTC, ETH and other cryptocurrencies.
Today we have:
- privacy coins (Monero, Dash, etc.),
- almost fully decentralized banking system (blockchains BTC, ETH, etc.).

We are still missing decentralized internet in order to have access to blockchains from all over the world and certain type of FIAT gateways or cheap pay cards in order to make payments with crypto.
I think we are still in the early phase, but I hope that we can create fully decentralized functions. The next stage is a worldwide decentralization. We need to get to the stage when crypto is totally uneffected by government or individuals, when it is scalable and easy accesible from every point of the world.

If I think there will be a significant increase and the moment can make us get a big profit. But for government factors, we can only hope it will not affect the bitcoin price.

I consider that 2017 is really a good year of bitkoynov and altokonov. We can see a large number of emerging markets or the issue of ICO tokens. Cryptocurrency is considered more known in the world, and some governments are beginning to take on the legality of the cryptography. CBOE listed the future contact in the stock market. In consequence of this, I believe, in fact, that Crypto will not own a bad future in 2018

Can't get over the fact that goldman has effectively just bought an exchange, and the SEC have basically just said they want exchanges to 'list'. Want to guess which exchange will be one of the first listed exchanges open to do business with Wall Street?

A run to 4-5 trillion USD in MCap followed by a +-60% correction to +-2trillion USD (assuming the purchasing power of the USD stays around the same as now)

BTC will likely remain top dog for the foreseeable future. But there are a sea of worthless alt coins that are either just trying to copy an existing decent coin or with minor changes to the code. Many of these will die off.

Yeah. I think government in some major countries will make an intervention in cryptocurrency as they already saw the potential of it last year. I also think that this year will be a big year for crypto as they already been well-known worldwide after the rise of bitcoin last 2017.

To be honest I had great expectations for this year, I thought it could really be the most important year of the cryptocurrencies history but it's turning into a nightmare... The whales are literally doing whatever they want, scaring all the new investors. If they keep going like this they could end this.

Earlier prediction for bitcoin at the beginning of this year was in the range of $40000 to $50000 but at the moment, these predictions are not like looking feasible anymore. Though the year is still young but it look impossible for bitcoin to get to 50k this year!

this year's crypto will make rapid progress where the government will be a bit mixed about bitcoin and there is a certain ban, hopefully, there is no multiplying decline after the government takes over.

With ads getting the shaft, more projects will do airdrops to gain awareness. They have a bad reputation now but there are always several legitimate projects giving away coins for minimal effort.

It's possible to have both good fundamentals and a marketing strategy. You just have to weed through the obvious phishing attempts / bs coins.
