2018 Crypto predictions

Hey. This year 2018, in my opinion, will be very unpredictable, since, the main bursts of price growth are already over. I doubt that there will be the same profits of 3000%

The fact is that 2017 brought cryptocurrencies into the limelight. As prices rose to eye-watering heights, speculators flocked to the market in droves, driving prices even higher. In 2018 new currencies and platforms will emerge, experienced investors and financial institutions will move into the market and regulators will take a stance. 2018 will be the year that cryptocurrencies become embedded in the traditional financial system.

The governments of many countries, especially Asian ones, take measures to regulate and control individual exchanges and cryptocurrencies and this has a great influence on the market trends right now.

I think that by the end of the year we will see the price of bitcoin in the region from 30,000 - 40,000 dollars. The current drop in the market will eventually end and the market will start to grow. The government will naturally try to regulate this market.

From my observations for about 4 years now, the crypto world has always be down in the first quarter of the year and till the beginning of second quarter. I believe that crypto will bounce back to its normal price between ending of second quarter of this year and third quarter. And in Fourth quarter the price will rise above what it was in December 2017.

It would be desirable to trust your forecasts. But I can't understand because of what events of bitcoin will grow? Earlier all waited for some big events, bitcoin futures were the last large of them. Now I don't see such grandiose events through which the price will grow above a former maximum.

The price on crypto will increase and continue growing.My predictions is the range of bitcoin will keep improving into our targets. Even the prices is decreasing it is also our advantage to buy coin . The future of crypto is not patronize by people but as long as crypto exist it has a good impact for us.

It is not like an ant anymore that is almost not seen.
It is too large now and every government might be looking at it. People having freedom to have a lot of money in their wallets is not acceptable to the government. There will be steps that will be taken when this grows more.

Anything can be happened. But this time it's so difficult to predict about that, I was seeing the latest chart and it was fully with pump and dump. There is no stability on the crypto currency when it comes to the bullish trend. It's only take some hours to be turned into the bearish trend again. It needs a lot of big news to push the price of crypto.

Its funny that the first posts in this thread were agreeing at bitcoin reaching 50k$. Nowadays people pray it wot go under 5k instead...

For this reason alone, I believe that Bitcoin is going to experience amazing growth in 2018.

2. Ethereum

More than just a cryptocurrency, this is the premiere blockchain which processes Smart Contracts. Used extensively in ICOs. Has some issues, but there are very intelligent people working on solving them. Once people learn about Bitcoin, the next crypto they find out about is generally Ethereum. This alone will help prop up the price in 2018.

3. Litecoin

This is one of the original Alt-Coins. I've been a huge fan of Litecoin since the early days. Let's compare it to Bitcoin. Litecoin is more innovative, faster and requires less electricity to mine compared to Bitcoin. Litecoin is designed to have four times as many coins as Bitcoin. It's much more practical as a medium of exchange than Bitcoin. It has been said that Litecoin is to Bitcoin as Silver is to Gold. It should probably be valued at at least 1/10th the price of Bitcoin but price doesn't always follow functionality. You have to take popularity into consideration too.

4. Monero

This one is a solid alt-coin as well. The main point is that Monero is way more anonymous than Bitcoin. This will obviously appeal to a certain demographic. In the past year it has increased in value by over 15x.

I think BTC will hit $50k minimum because we will see people start pricing in the next halving into the price, and probably we will see more government intervention in the space, because they are already surprise at the success of the space, I also expect some big projects to fail. I also predict we will see a new project that will likely give BTC a fight for that number on spot
