ETH+Nanopool+Stratum

Hello!

I have problems with nanopools ETH-Ports. I began with the european eu1/eu2.nanopool.org - hosts. After two weeks I got errors:

ETH: Stratum - Cannot connect to eth-eu1.nanopool.org:9999
ETH: Stratum - Failed to connect, retry in 20 sec...

I switched to eth-us-east1.nanopool.org and eth-us-west1.nanopool.org. Same problem after 2 weeks.

Now mining on eth-asia1.nanopool.org.

Anyone else problems with the nanopool-servers?

How can I solve the problem? Maybe a DNS or firewall problem?

got the same problem here in france, i asked to nanopool support and they gave me direct ip adresses of eu pool and it works but i dont know why...
it looks like dns problem because ip adress works but eth-eu1.nanopool.org does not work anymore for me....

i have the same problem on over pools like ethermine.

it looks like provider problem who cannot retrieve correct ip adress.

somebody to help solve this tricky problem

and something strange, i cannot ping anymore eth-eu1.nanopool.org but i can ping eth-us1.nanopool.org

how could you explain that ?
