Government is Dead. Elites run the World?

Things need to change! We need this these:

We need a World where GOVERNMENTS ARE 100% TRANSPARENT.

A World without abused of power.

A World with excellent rule of law.

A World where individual Privacy is respected.

A World where law violations  is an abomination

A World where Centralization of any form is banned.

A World where all government activities are conducted in the open. Every public institution must be structured to be 100% public and transparent.

A World where Countries representatives actually represent the people and not secretive individuals, groups or organizations.

A World where Leaders aren't imposed by the secretive  elites

We need a World where Countries live in peace and harmony. 

A World individual rights and civil liberty is guaranteed by Nations. Violations of this rights must lead to dissolution or overthrow the government.

We need a well Decentralized World.
