Personally I hope we get a correction this weekend back to a base level of $12k. This rise is too crazy. Is this what institutional money coming in looks like? If so, we're gonna hit $100k next year. Or maybe it's just from people hyping up the futures stuff and wanting to get in before all that happens. Or is it both of those combined with first LN mainnet tests yesterday?? Because that was huuuge news in and of itself.

if we're talking about the possibility,i believe it has a possibility to reach that point and even more than that.
i believe we will see it around that point more or less soon because its real value still far from that point,
but we should make a steady movement in upcoming days without a huge retrace.
plus every milestone ($5000,$10.000 and next i believe it should be $15.000) we will see the price struggling.
because people set their goal at that point and some people will cut their profits to secure their investment.
so in my opinion,it's possible to reach that point but at the same time it's very unlikely to see it around $20.000 in a week time,
it's very short for Bitcoin to reach that point while we still have a lot of time before the end of this year.
at least we still have around 10 days before listing on CME group's futures.
everything can be happen,but always think about it carefully and make your back up plan if something goes wrong

Any of these two will do and achievable if it achieved 20,000 US dollar by the end of the year would be a historic feat for bitcoin talk about the volume of demand increase that results to increase in  price of bitcoin, may of us speculates that it would just be 10,000 US dollars but looking at it now it can achieve the double of that in just a week or two.

If you're hoping for a correction at the level of $ 12,000 I have a question? Why are you not selling the bitcoin for $ 15,000? It's not reasonable. It seems to me that those who Express their assumptions needs to back up their statements with action. Personally I believe that bitcoin will be worth $ 20,000 until December 18.

If you're hoping for a correction at the level of $ 12,000 I have a question? Why are you not selling the bitcoin for $ 15,000? It's not reasonable. Granted once the big red candles start coming I might make a trade to try to buy back in a couple thousand dollars lower, though I might chicken out of this and just keep holding - I've never bothered to try to catch a correction before.

The price always corrects back down close to the peak of the last boom. Last boom hit $11,400, so this one is very likely to hit a bottom of $12k. Unless something has fundamentally changed in the mass psychology of traders this week as compared to the past 9 years!

Also I'm not hoping for a correction. I have no money sitting on the sidelines to buy more bitcoin on a correction. I'm all in. The only price I care about is up, my first planned sell point is over three times the current price. I'm just saying it is very obvious a correction is coming and from the crash pattern that Bitcoin has always exhibited it should bottom out around $12k (before rapidly coming back up a few thousand dollars and hitting new ATHs likely by christmas or sooner).

At this point it is impossible to know exactly what it is happening with bitcoin, the rise is too fast but as you said this can be the result of all the great news we have gotten, however this could be just hype and many people entering in bitcoin at this part of the year since this is the moment when people have more money to spend.

these days things are pretty chaotic, when you talk about the price (ATH specifically) you should say which exchange! some of them have very different prices. for example ATH on Coinbase is $19,340 (3.3% less than $20k ) and it is still about $1000 above the rest of the markets!

i think the Futures that CME promised had a big effect over there in US that is why the price is crazy like this. i just wish it ends well.

They say we have a correction price will happen and we all don't really know what exactly the price is, but as of what I've heard we can have $12k price of bitcoin, I mean an average price. $20k is not impossible maybe this coming week we can reach that price but we don't know exactly just hold all your bitcoin and wait for it to hit that amount.

Corrections are normal and they're important for bitcoin to be more stable and stronger. Bitcoin cannot rise without corrections. If you're a bitcoin holder, never worry about the market conditions.

Things are completely crazy right now, it was not long ago we were celebrating bitcoin reaching 5 figures and after a few days we got close to seeing the double of that amount, at this point I have stopped  predicting the price of bitcoin, the only thing I can say is that I do not know what it is going to happen but I'm going to hold no matter what.
