Hello, I'm on the pool for 11 days. Everything is just fine. Today tried to update my account setings, 3 times entered the wrong Pin - and account is now locked. What should I do to unlock the account ?

You can't be serious, locking us out of our accounts, without notification!!!
I don't remember which email I used to subscribe, I tried my 3 most used, didn't work, now I'm stuck.
You should at least for a month allow both logins, so that we can update our email/or our password managers.
What's the solution ?

It was done for security reasons and was done after 2 days of warning. We didn't want to wait too long as other pools have been hacked and we'd rather help out people like you who can't remember what they signed up with than have to deal with everyone losing all their coins. Jump in the chatroom and we can help you out with your account. (or join on Freenode IRC #CoinHuntr ) |
