I'm not sure what your question is. What coin are you talking about? There is only about 1300+ listed on CoinMarketCap & clearly even more in actual existence.

I find the best way to determine if a coin is under valued or not, is to check out the project of the coin as a whole. Look at the purpose of the coin, the roadmap and the white paper. Then see if the development of the coin is still active.

After you have done your legitimate research, the rest is a guess or a gut feeling. You can also check the historic charts of coins that have been around a while to try to determine a pattern. It may also be good to watch numerous coins on social media for news announcements. Coins regularly pump after big news.

1. it is not already pumped. or preferably it had a huge dump at least a month ago
2. most importantly it should have some potential. this potential can be a real thing due to its interesting project or it can be a shitty one but with a good pumping team

actually I don't really know how to calculate the coin which is undervalued but one thing that I only know is when the price is at the cheap price then I will take a look with the project, learn and read what they have, and after that I can know the coin have a value or not. if I think that the coin has a good value but now is underestimate, then I will buy the coin and save it as for investment. I am sure that in the future, the coin will rise and reach the higher price.

A shitty coin can never be undervalued, because it deserves to have zero value.

I think it is really checking the activities of a coin that would really help you decide whether it is undervalued or not. The price whether cheap it is now, if it is active, then that will spell many things for a coin. To see if it really can be something in a few years or not.
