I stuck with you through losing money due to your double trades.

I stuck with you through losing money due to poor website performance and trading was impossible.

I stuck with you when withdrawing my money took several attempts to complete.

But for two days I've been trying desperately to transfer an Ether purchase to an offline wallet.  And now I see that I cannot withdraw ANYTHING (not fiat, bitcoin, nothing)!  What is the point of an exchange if you can't withdraw?  I can deposit all day long.  This means you are crooks.  To take folks' money and not give them an option to withdraw it is criminal.  Why not suspend deposits until you get your act straight with withdrawls?

I put up with some irritations because I really wanted you to succeed, but you've shown your true colors now and you are nothing but incompetent developers and crooks.

Contacting support only gets you a canned response and even says at the end of the e-mail that if you respond with a question, if more than likely won't get answered.

One word: Kraken sucks at the moment

SLOW WEBSITE, double trades, slow confirmations etc.

They however do transfer money and offer fair prices and fees. It is such a shame they destroy their reputation because of their amateur infra team. They should fire them all  and hire some pro's. It is really not that hard these days to build a scalable infra.

Probably every customer is looking for an alternative to Kraken which offers SEPA transfers, normal fees and trade prices. (which seem to be rare)

Agreed.  I took possession of some electronics from an acquaintance and promised Ether in return.  I have been trying desperately for two days to get his Ether address confirmed by Kraken.  I realize that Kraken doesn't value their reputation, but I value mine and it is being questioned right now - rightfully so.

Ironically, Kraken was more than willing to let me PURCHASE the Ether, just not withdraw it.  And Ether has dropped since then, so I am losing money.  But seriously, that's not the main issue - allowing someone to purchase something without taking delivery is nothing but criminal.

Kraken used to be a fairly good exchange, but nowadays I hardly ever get an order through.
I have to keep trying like 20 times for it to pass.
Their site is unable to cope with the increased amount of traffic.
Yes, I am on the lookout for an alternative exchange.

I made a registration at the forum especially because of Kraken!

The service is really terrible, and the important question is - what exchange to use in which a person can make an account without giving his personal details (like ID, Passport etc.) and can transfer crypto to and out of it? I am looking for a service with that option. So far Kraken is the only one I know.

I buy from Coinbase and then transfer to them, and they don't care for the personal data as long as you don't use fiat.
